Your cleaning deposit

The $50 deposit reserves your cleaning and is applied to your total.

Final price confirmation

Final price is confirmed after a quick review of your home details; if the confirmed price is not acceptable to you, we refund your deposit in full.

Cancellations, rescheduling and home access

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no access to the home at the scheduled time forfeit the deposit.

If we cancel

If we need to cancel, your deposit is refunded in full.

Remaining balance

Remaining balance is due after the clean is completed.

Your satisfaction

If you're not satisfied, tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the areas in question at no charge.
